The Thematic Commission (WWC chair; KSA vice‑chair) curates Themes and Topics; the Regional Commission (KSA chair; WWC vice‑chair) coordinates five Forum regions; and the Political Process Commission (co‑chaired) convenes ministerial, parliamentary, local authority and river‑basin tracks.
